This is the fourth stay at this hotel .Came in February because my daughter wanted to experience snow. This Hotel has got to be the friendliest hotel in the Copley Square area. From Bernardo the GM ,Justin and all the front desk girls. They are absolutely the best!! They make you feel at home the moment you walk thru the doors into the lobby. The location is in the heart of Copley Square with the prudential center right across the street. The restaurants are all superb ie:Stephany's on Boylston St. , Legal Seaford , If you like Sushi the Samurai restaurant was superb like Bernardo recommended. Needless to say my daughter got her fill of the snow the second day we were there. We will continue to come here and recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.. Once again to the staff including valets breakfast host and all affiliated with this hotel.. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU... Your location , hospitality kindness is well above any other hotel I have spent time in..

One of the big convention center places, average rooms, spacy, flat screen, american design. Nice view on the 24th floor overlooking the river. Starbucks onsuite, shooping malls next door (walkway distance). Modern convention facilities. One of the better american convention experiences.

We thought the location and customer service were excellent. We stayed two nights with three kids and were quite comfortable. The Backbay location was lovely, and the subway and trolley stop were super convenient for sightseeing. The Prudential Center is almost directly across the street with more shopping and activity than we could have hoped for. We also benefited from the grocery store across the street as well. Would definitely go back.

great boutique hotel, but the rooms were small and my wife felt claustrophic by the end. the hotel itself is well kept up, but the bathroom was definitely showing it's age. all in all, though, it was convenient to where we wanted to go.

i have stayed at marriott facilities all over the world and their courtyard inns all always, clean, comfortable and good value. the only bad experience i ever had with marriott was at the marriott long wharf in boston.
