Courtesy Chevrolet's founder Ed Fitzgerald started selling cars in LA right after WWII. He then moved to Phoenix and Started Courtesy Chevrolet in 1955. His family values and determination of treating customers with the utmost respect is still Courtesy's way of doing business. Bill Gruwell worked with Mr. Fitzgerald and later became the President of Courtesy Chevrolet.  We are now in our third generation of ownership with Scott Gruwell, (Bill's Son) now Vice President and General Manager.  Courtesy has been in the valley of the sun on Camelback Road in Phoenix since the early days.

I traded in my car for a newer one in Dec 2015. The person who assisted us Fabian Ocotila was great. He had a great attitude, friendly, had a willingness to help and was also training another gentleman. My new car is awesome...I love it. It took a while to get my car plates and everything situated for a bit but once fixed...everything has been good ever since. I would recommend going to check it out 😊 who knows....might see something you like and walk out with a new car 😁👍

Search out Sterling Rieger at Courtesy. I bought a certified vehicle there last week when I was visiting from Seattle. Sterling personally delivered late a night to where we were staying and has been very responsive to follow up questions, even sending accessories I wanted after I'd returned to Washington.

Larmar was great to work with. He was very patient and not one of those pushy sales people most of us don't like to deal with. . Everyone I dealt with were more than helpful and friendly.

Made my decision to buy from somewhere else easy! Everything you don't want in a car buying experience: confrontational staff, additional fees and charges, poor customer service. In two seperate occasions they confirmed an appt. to see a car, but didn't have it on the lot when I showed up. The also falsely advertise online to get you to their location, and then try to sell you another vehicle. Buy elsewhere!

To anyone looking to buy a new or used car, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet. From the moment I entered the showroom until I drove off the lot I was treated with the utmost respect. I find the typical sales process at other dealerships to be archaic and frustrating however at Courtesy the negotiation was transparent with a clear view of the numbers each step of the way. The delivery representative was highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and help me to understand all of the features. (Chevy is doing some super cool things with their technology) Courtesy Chevrolet will be my "go to" dealership for any future vehicle purchase!

I've just started getting my Tahoe serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet because I had heard about the changes they have been making to their Service department. I'm now getting the best service experience I have ever received in over 30 years of having vehicles serviced. It begins in the service drive. If anyone sees you sitting in your vehicle they stop by to make sure you're being taken care of. The Service Rep quickly asks if you'd like anything to drink. If you're waiting for your vehicle the facilities are excellent. The Courtesy Cafe has an excellent variety of fresh food and drinks. The waiting area has a charging area for your personal devices. There is also a computer for internet access in case you didn't bring your own devices. I didn't wait for my service this time. I received a detailed estimate of needed repairs via email. My Service Rep spent the time going through them with me to decide what needed to be done now and what could wait until the 90k service interval. Picking up your vehicle finishes off the excellent service experience. The cashiers are very friendly. Your vehicle is pulled up for you. When checking out the person at the exit checks to see if you'd like a bottle of water for the road. The service experience at Courtesy Chevrolet has been top notch. Great job Courtesy Chevrolet!!

Your customer service is something to brag about. Very efficient! Joe worked real, real hard to get me into a new car (that I love) with a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. And when I take my car back to be serviced, there is always a free lunch while I wait, provided by Joe! It just can't get any better! Thank You Courtesy Chevrolet for JOE!

I had come to the end of my lease and it was time to either trade, buy, or surrender my vehicle. I called and made an appointment. When I came in, the salesman, Ernie, was attentive and respectful. He helped me understand my options and make a decision. I felt he listened to me. The only thing I did not like about my experience - and have NEVER liked about the car buying process - is how long it took. I feel that in this day and age, certain things should be more streamlined. I was there about five hours, which is actually pretty good, but it was about two hours too long for my life. Despite that, Courtesy Chevrolet has treated me well, and I will continue to frequent this business.
