The Difference between Grass Fed and Grain Fed Cattle.

All meat is not equal. I remember, not so long ago, picking up a whole chicken at an Australian supermarket that had on the packed 95% chicken. And I thought to myself, seriously? If this whole chicken is only 95% what the hell are people eating in the other 5%? Frightening stuff!

It is the same with beef. See which beef you should buy so that your meat is clean and uncontaminated.

A Home and Garden Resource for Country Living, Homesteading and Self-Sufficiency.
Introduction
I share my knowledge on organic gardening and country living for those of you concerned about clean food and being as self-sufficient as possible.

Besides my passion for gardening, when it comes to my home I love creating a country style decor that is warm and inviting, but at the same time a little upmarket and chic - minus the shabby!

I am a spinner, knitter, crocheter and dabble in arts and crafts where I can. I also enjoy baking and cooking, canning, making preserves, cheese ...

All of which I pass on to you.
