A VERY dissatisfied Nissan customer. I bought a brand new 2013 Rogue from Country Nissan. Less than three years later the paint is peeling off. It took Country Nissan a couple of months and multiple pictures to send a claim to NISSAN.. NISSAN rejected the claim because my "warranty expired". I said, this is a defect issue and want to appeal. NISSAN said, sorry we don't appeal. I reached out to Country Nissan asking them to do the right thing. I requested to speak to the owner Carla. Two week later no call back from her. I get a call from one of the supervisors asking me to meet with the General Manager, John. On December 22, 2016 John looked at my vehicle and said the paint peeling is not too bad, therefore, they would be able to get a decent amount for it an an Auction. He asked me to meet with the "top Sales man" Dave. John said, "he will take care of you". After two hours with Dave, I felt manipulated, bullied, and patronized. Their goal was clearly to get me into a Lease or another new vehicle. I had made it clear to both men from the start that I was not interested in a Lease or a brand new vehicle. When I questioned why I was offered a very low trade-in, Dave replied, "the paint is peeling off, therefore, they will not make any money from my Rogue". I said, the GM told me I would not be discounted for the paint peel. At that point the GM joined in. Rather than confirming to Dave what he told me, instead, I felt attacked and bullied by both of them. I immediately got up and walked out the building. Nothing was resolved.

We are very sorry that you are having problems with your Rogue. We have tried to assist you in any way possible throughout the process of getting Nissan North America to cover your paint. Unfortunately Nissan corporate has denied the paint claim. The opinion is the paint is not a manufacture defect and could be caused by a number of environmental or other issues. Also your Rogue has 64,000 miles and is 28,000 outside of the warranty period. In an effort to maintain good customer relations we reached out to you and told you we would take your car in on trade and treat it as if there were no paint issue. We will still stand behind that offer if you would like to trade it. We looked at your car and offered you good KBB value for your trade. We will offer you that on new, pre-owned, or on a lease. It doesn’t matter to us if your purchase or lease we just wanted to offer you all your available options. If you felt manipulated, bullied, or patronized we offer you our sincerest apologies. We genuinely feel badly that you are having problems with your Nissan and that’s why we extended the offer of good KBB trade for your car even though it is worth a lot less due to the paint issue. If you would like to relook at this option please feel free to contact us.

Service was fast and very reasonably priced. We've only had great service experiences at this dealership since buying our Rogue there in 2015! Beverly was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Country Nissan!

Highly recommend Country Nissan. I was nervous going in because I didnt have a great experience last time buying a car. I came in on the weekend and I didn't have to wait to speak to a salesman. My mom and I were greeted by Ruben and he immediately put my mind at ease. He worked with my budget to found us a great car! We didn't feel preasure to buy and he was very helpful! I will definitely be recommending Ruben and Country Nissan to family and friends!

I had been to 2 dealerships and test drove about 10 vehicles before entering Country Nissan. I spent the whole day there finding my perfect vehicle- a 2013 Nissan Rogue. Dwayne, the salesman there was incredible. He was professional, clear, articulate and honest with me. He did not rush me or pressure me to buy the Rogue. I felt like I had a friend there with me. Dwayne is the reason I felt comfortable buying my vehicle. If you are looking to buy, ask for Dwayne at Country Nissan. He is the BEST. Dwayne, if you're reading this, THANK YOU... again!
