I found the car I was looking for, got a GREAT deal and drove it away that same day. The only issue was the chip to the navigation system was faulty, not a good way to leave the dealership with a brand new car, but I am confident they will do what needs to be done to correct it. Jessie was my salesperson, he was great! Really works at getting you in the car you want....

I recently purchased a used vehicle here, and so far am very happy with it. My experience in the dealership was okay, but a little bit of a mixed bag. The salesman, David, was professional and easy going. He answered all my questions, and I did not feel that he came on too strong with pressure or the typical salesman tactics. All my transactions with him were easy and pleasant. One thing that I did not appreciate here was a very long wait to get into the finance office to finalize the deal (almost two hours), and then feeling like I was being rushed through the financing and warranty decisions. These are things that add thousands of dollars to the purchase price and I feel that it is well within reason to take the time to carefully review the details. The finance manager had a smile on his face and was outwardly friendly, but definitely laid on the salesman tactics pretty heavily, trying to pressure me by saying "There are other people waiting" as I was reading the warranty documents and double-checking the figures on the paperwork I was signing. Especially after the wait that I experience, this rubbed me the wrong way. I know that this is very typical treatment in a car dealership, but I was hoping for something a little better. In essence, this is saying to me "Our time is more important than your time". They want you to make a fast decision and not think too much about the amount of money you're forking over. These folks are intimately familiar with car buying and selling, but need to be considerate of the fact that I (like most car buyers) only deal with this whole process every once in a while; this is a large purchase for me and I can't afford to be quick and impulsive when I'm spending thousands of dollars. In summary, I feel that my experience here was satisfactory. I think I left with a decent deal on a nice car. However, it was not an exceptional experience that would make me definitely go back the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Leasing the Nissan Electric Leaf was a great experience at Country Nissan! Dave Curtis was the most courteous and informative car salesman I have ever come across and I took several months to make a decision and really appreciated being able to go through this process without feeling the kind of pressure that you can feel from some car dealers. He made himself extremely accessible while I was going through the process of considering the purchase and was very clear about everything I needed to know about the car and. As I went through the process of purchasing the car, I found everyone there very friendly, courteous, forthcoming about everything I needed to know and it was a great experience all around.

I want to commend all of the staff at Country Nissan for the exceptional service I was provided when I was there to lease a 2015 Altima. The sales staff, mainly David who helped me, was so polite, helpful and professional. I had needed to get the car the next day and live out of state, and all of the staff worked hard to make sure my car was registered in time and everything was all set for me to take the car home the next day. They have a great staff there and everyone makes the effort to give excellent service! It was a great buying experience for me and I will definitely be back to either lease or buy my next car from Country Nissan.

Was charged for a battery replacement in my wife's remote (keyless fob). It's not about the $4, that's just about bullshit customer service and no respect for the customer. I payed the $4 dollars however, that just cost them my service work and future business! I have 2 years left on the manufacturer warranty and have the extended 7 year, 70,000. I will be going to another Nissan dealer. By the way, I'm looking to purchase a new diesel Titan next year and IT WON'T BE FROM YOU!

We bought a lightly used VW sportswagon TDI (8000 miles) from Country Nissan. We had been shopping for a couple of weeks and were getting a little worn out. We found this vehicle on the internet and once we contacted the folks at Country they made the whole process incredibly easy. We emailed, texted and talked on the phone and 48 hours later we were driving car away. The folks at Country Nissan made the who process very easy and as pleasant as buying a car can be (I dread buying cars).
