Place lives up to their reputation! This is the first one that started them all! Staff is fast and friendly, food is good, and the shirts are overpriced! The wall of celebrities is fun to look at while you wait for a table. TIP: When a BBQ sandwich says it comes with coleslaw, it is ON the sandwich not as a side! It was good but I didn't expect it! One down side that I didn't knock on stars because it can't be helped due to location now, is parking. If you go in and don't find a spot you have to re-exit back to the main street, Poplar, which is one of the worst roads I've ever driven on with the worst traffic I've seen. There are a few hidden spots in the back and the building next door so keep an eye out!

Love the service and the atmosphere here. This is a staple in this city and it reflects it. Most of the servers have worked here for years and it shows with there caring attitude. The wet ribs are amazing and I can not say enough about them. They do offer dry rub and I have tried them previously. Nothing negative about dry, just not my preference. Feel free to travel through time and see all the celebrities and dignitaries that have visited this establishment through the years.

Be expected to wait 30min-1hr during peak hours. However, our food (group of 5) was ready in 10min. My dry ribs were some of the best I ever had (a little too much excess rub powder on top). Wi-Fi didn't work (even after having to ask for the password "corkysbest"). They do have separate Wi-Fi if you are a Bright House, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, or Optimum subscriber.

While the rolls are amazing, service is satisfying and most meals are quite appeasing, others such as the baby back ribs are extremely fatty, so much that it makes it taste horrible in many areas, various meals here are not up to my satisfaction.

It was my first time in the bluff city, and I heard good things about this place, so I checked it out with some friends. Needless to say, this place definitely is worth going to. The unlimited buttery rolls, great BBQ flavor, and nice southern atmosphere really made this a great experience. This place is a must go if you're in the city! Oh and the waitresses are super awesome too.

Amazing bbq!! The thing to have are the ribs. Get them dry as they're amazing, and you can always add bbq sauce later. Pretty good beer selection too.

Great barbecue. I have been to the local Corky's but the original was 100× better. Try the dry smoked ribs!
