What If the Big Bang Wasn't the Beginning? New Study Proposes Alternative
Was the universe created with a Big Bang 13.7 billion years ago, or has it been expanding and contracting for eternity? A new paper, inspired by alternative explanations of the physics of black holes, explores the latter possibility, and rejects a core tenant of the Big Bang hypothesis.
The universal origin story known as the Big Bang postulates that, 13.7 billion years ago, our universe emerged from a singularity — a point of infinite density and gravity — and that before this event, space and time did not exist (which means the Big Bang took place at no place and no time).
However, there is no direct evidence of the original singularity. (Collecting information from that first moment of expansion is impossible with current methods.) In the new paper, Brazilian physicist Juliano Cesar Silva Neves argues that the original singularity may never have existed.

I've read contraction-based hypotheses like en.wikipedia.org - Big Bounce - Wikipedia that posit something like a cyclic singularity-like event, although there seems to be an awful lot of evidence against contraction/big crunch.39w
If the density of black holes cannot exceed the Planck's density, by similarity, it is not absurd the density of Universe cannot exceed a limit of density...39w
Of course it wasn't the beginning... Personally, I have always envisioned a ‘Super Universe’ or a ‘Macroverse’ where our universe is no more then a white dot among infinite other universes, very much like our own night sky filled with infinite galaxies. And ours, our universe, is contained in an ever expanding membrane, ever since what we call the ‘Big Bang’. This membrane, much like that of helium party balloon is reaching the point that it is so expanded that small, micro holes are developing in the skin or membrane... and as such our matter so minute on this scale, is little more then gas, and it is escaping, being propelled out and through these micro membrane holes... which we call affectionately call Black Holes. In fact our Big Bang was not a Bang at all, it was the sudden opening of a micro hole in the membrane of another universe that started expelling or leaking its mater and dark matter into a new membrane, kind of like how soap bubbles can create a new bubble (the Marangoni Effect, about surfactants), creating what we know as our universe. We are already creating thousands, millions of new universes on the other side of our Black Holes, those holes developing in our universe’s over stretched membrane. If you listen carefully you can hear the sound of mater escaping, psssssssssssss and if you could pull back far enough to view, you would be seeing thousands of little jets of escaping mater, creating new universes. Bottom line girls and boys, , Black Holes do not suck... they blow!39w
