I have been diving with Coral Key Scuba for 13 years. I have loved the relationship and appreciated the staff. Such a great experience.

To all those who are reading these reviews, the post below from Google User "ki jen" is from someone who is fraudulently portraying themselves as me. The information in that post is not from me and does not accurately portray my experiences on the 2012 Bonaire trip. I did go to Bonaire (Colorado Scuba Bash) with Coral Key Scuba in 2012. I traveled as a single, though elected to share a room with someone who was also traveling as a single on this trip. Even though I was a nervous new diver, at no time did I feel that I was in an unsafe situation while diving as I had been well-trained by my instructors. Also, there were several Dive Masters in our group, as well as those from the resort who were on our boat. They assisted me by answering my questions and checking my gear at my request to ease my new-diver nerves. At no point did I witness any form of sexual harassment, either on the boat or at the hotel, by Randy or any other individual associated with this store. This was my first of many future scuba diving trips. I saw so many incredible things and was fortunate to travel with a fun-loving, laid-back group of folks who truly love the sport of diving. Looking forward to many more underwater adventures, though I will never again elect to save a few dollars by sharing a room with someone I do not know!

I attended the 2012 annual scuba diving bash in Bonaire with this shop. Throughout the week I observed the trip leader, Randy Partch, (also manager of the Coral Key Scuba & Travel Center) sexually harass his female clients on the boat. His language was outright demeaning and his behavior included untying female bikini ties (female clients' bikini ties). Later, I was appalled when I walked into my room and I found Randy in bed with my roommate! My roommate was a paying client!!!

I'm such a stickler about customer service, so it's refreshing to get people who go above and beyond. From top rate instructors teaching classes (I've taken probably 8 different classes with several different instructors), to staff who not only knows what they're doing, but are also amazing to work with and take the time to help you get the gear that fits you the best, I love going here. Their group dive trips are fantastic. I was worried on my first one that I'd feel like an outsider (only knowing really 1 other person), but there was no problems with that. The trip leader made sure everybody knew what was going on in terms of diving and/or meals (you could go out with the group, or do your own thing, it didn't matter), and it was the best trip I've ever been on. Since then I've been on 2 more group trips with them, and had an amazing time.

I was fortunate enough to go to the 2012 Bash with this shop and it was amazing. I am not sure what trip this other person attended but sounds like "hell hath no fury like". Randy was nothing but pleasant and professional. There was absolutely no hint of anything unsafe or any harassment, this was also due to the caliber of rest of the folks on the trip and the great dive masters from the divi. I personally call Bu11sh1+ on the other post stating anything to the contrary. This trip was so amazing I have already put down a deposit on the spring Cozumel trip.

These Guys get a kick out of slamming the door in your face and yelling at you come back tomorrow. I will never step foot in your place. Because you wont let folks. Drove 45 min, to get there. Web site says open to 6:30. M-F and pulls the door out of your hand at 5:15 on sat. First time to your door, and last. shame, shame shame!!!!

We have been shopping at Coral Reef/Key since they opened and have had nothing but excellent service. They carry top of the line products and their service technicians have done excellent work on our gear every year for our annual services. They can service the gear they sell plus many, many other brands. We have taken trips with them and have another scheduled for this August. If you want friendly, knowledgeable, fun staff, this is definitely the place to take your classes, travel with, and buy your equipment.

I took a dive trip to Grenada last September as a last minute I-wanna-go-somewhere-trip. The staff at Coral Reef quickly made the travel arrangements and got me started on my Advanced Open Water Certification and Nitrox Certification in time for the trip. The group that I went to Grenada with were the most amazing group of people to dive with, they all had a ton of dive experience, and we had a great deal of fun!!! As someone who was traveling alone with only a handful of dives under their belt, I felt very comfortable diving with them, which made for a incredible adventure! Ron and Charlene took me under their wing and became my diving mom and dad! I do plan on continuing my diving education with Coral Reef and would highly recommend them!

Come hang out at Bubble Nutz (inside Coral Key), the 2nd Friday of every month!

Great night of fun, family and meeting other divers - sharing diving stories!

We will provide cold beverages, and warm ones too, along with snacks!
