This is helpful for me as I prepare my quarterly marketing letter--especially Item 3.
 
Something that I do in my first follow-up email is that, I get my subscribers to engage with me by asking them certain questions.
 
Let me toss these ideas "out there". Because our analysis has proven the vast majority of emails are viewed first on a mobile device, text-based campaigns are best. We've also "toyed" with changing our client's email signature to be simple and include "Sent from my iPhone." It gives the recipient the impression our client typed that email on their phones on the spot. Has anyone tried this in their email campaigns?
