Hi Patrick, thanks for your review. We appreciate your tenancy, and we regret that some aspects of your time with us here at Copper Mountain have not been optimal.
We will be more than happy to re-open any maintenance requests, or to have one of our maintenance team members do a walkthrough of your home to makes sure everything is working with your AC unit.
While we do not have control over resident behavior, we regret that you've had clothing items stolen during visits to our laundry facilities...when theft of your belongings occurs, we have incident reporting that we use for documentation, and that is the preferred method, rather than posting individual communications from residents up in flyer form.
We welcome your honest feedback, so we want to thank you for that, and please continue to let us know how we are doing.
