Front desk staff and doormen were EXCELLENT. Room was HORRIBLE. I was tired and arrived late, so I quickly jumped in the shower... to find a used bar of soap with hair on it. I was too tired to bother so I just used the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Luckily those were full and seemingly new. Then, I go to hop in bed to find the thermostat broken so every 5-10 minutes the fan would randomly blast on and off. Had it not been for the glass of free wine I got at check-in to help me conk out, I would have had to deal with workers in my room. So annoying. Disappointed overall because the little negatives totally overshadowed the positives.

This hotel is very decent for the price. Aside from a few qualms it was fantastic. My only real complaints are about the facilities. Noise between the rooms travels very easily. You can tell what your neighbors are watching on the TV and hear any activity they may be up to. The doors don't seal very well which also contributes to hearing a lot of noise from the hallway as well as letting in lots of light. Each night I had to jimmy-rig something to block the light leaking in around the door. The elevators are also pretty bad. One is super tiny, if you're broad shouldered you may have to enter sideways. The other one constantly forgets which button you pressed. I had to push my floor 4 times once and never less than twice. The staff was excellent though. We got here on a red-eye flight and they got us into our room early so we could some sleep. Also very helpful with any requests and tips about the area.

Bed was so uncomfortable didn't make it the night. Good for business, not romance. When I checked out after 4hrs no one asked why. The 4hr ride home was worth not sleeping on the mattress. I spend $80/hr to sit on a chair and debate weather go home and lose tickets to events we planned the following day.

I expected a lot more from this four-star hotel. The rooms were small. The beds uncomfortable. My room shared a wall with the gym, and I could clearly hear thumping from people on the treadmills on the other side of the wall. The food was only so-so considering the price. The staff was unwelcoming. The lobby feels like the foyer to a seedy night club rather than an upscale, modern hotel.

This is a nice hotel but it's not for me. Really don't like the atmosphere; I find it very tacky. I'm sure some people would like it. The service and everything else a hotel is supposed to do is great. It's just tacky and too expensive and trying too hard to be fancy.

Well appointed room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable, and there was little noise overnight.

Very nice Lobby and room. Complementary drinks were a plus. Room was a bit small but had very nice furnishings and shower/bathroom. Room service was very accommodating and the TV was great. Only con was the lack of a fridge, but ice was available.
