I take awhile to determine how I feel about a company and their work. I like to see if they follow through and if the job was completely done. I will say, hand's down, they have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. They are all super nice and separately I've heard them say to me that they are more worried about making us happy than making the money. As a customer I feel my voice is heard and valued. I trust them with my work any day. They are family owned and it seems they are all friends. It's a great company with great integrity from all the experience I've had so far.

The plumber who came to our home was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to answer our questions and explain why certain steps should be taken and how to take them. In the end, he completed the repair in a timely manner, explaining what should be expected, and also offering suggestions for future steps. All in all, we were super pleased with every aspect of our encounter with this company, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had my first Mr Plumber 108 point inspection today. I never realized how important having a service like this was. Before today, it was wait until something goes wrong and then call the plumber. Now it's all about seeing where something can go wrong before it does and taking the appropriate steps to prevent it from ever occurring. My plumber tech, Ron Austin, was very thorough, detailed and took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed to have done, the cost and the time it would take to get the work done. I have been a Coolray customer for over 15 years and now I can add Mr Plumber to the list of a long-time service provider with the excellent service I received today. Great job, Ron!

Excellent Service! I called Coolray because my new Nest thermostat was giving me an error and they are recommended by Nest as Nest professionals. They came out the same day and was able to correct the issue for a reasonable price. The tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options and what he was doing. I will be using them from now on.

Kyle was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Water was leaking through our first floor ceiling from our upstairs bathroom, and at first he could not find the source even after assessing our shower/bathtub which my husband and I both thought was the issue. He could have easily started poking holds in our walls and ceiling to quickly find the problem. Instead, he assessed our bathroom plumbing thoroughly, and he presented me with all possible expenses and options before starting any repairs. As it turned out, it was a simple toilet fix. This is the second time we've used Coolray and Mr. Plumber and have no complaints! The prices are fair. They are efficient. And they are easy to get an appointment with even at the last minute or during the holidays.

EXCELLENT. If you are look for saving pennies, don't focus on Cool Ray/Mr. Plumber. If you want quality service, friendly, caring about their customers, and completely followed up whenever something may go wrong--put your trust in this company. We have had 2 large AC/Furnace Units replaced by Cool Ray--the energy savings has been quite amazing. Then, we had them install a Water Heater, finally additional plumbing, all done perfectly. All the of the AC service people/plumbers, extremely courteous, professional, and well-trained. AND, the prices are very competitive.

Rick was great. He was dedicated to trying to figure out what caused the sewer to backup. Unfortunately, it was really late and dark so he wasn't able to locate the blockage. The sewer specialist, Jimmy, was great too. The only issue I had is that we received a quote for $3,200 to dig up and replace the pipe and it was unnecessary. Jimmy located the blockage with his equipment and it was pretty easy to just pull the item that was blocking the drain right out. I feel like that should've been done by the tech once it was located, but that didn't happen.

I called Mr. Plumber to come fix a running special environmental toilet. The Technician arrived and after a few minutes indicated that a spring needed to be oiled. The job was completed in about ten minutes. We had our grandchildren at the house for the day and the eight year old was having a problem putting together a small indoor drone plane he received. The Technician assembled the part giving our grandson a problem, and worked with him to make sure that the drone was working properly. The technician was wonderful doing a fast fix on the toilet and the small indoor drone. Thank you Mr. Plumber for the two fixes.
