Had this soup recently and decided to recreate it at home, slow cooker style! Its super filling and pretty healthy if I do say so myself. No cream used to thicken this one, just a good old can of mashed beans!

Get the recipe: http://www.thecookingjar.com/slow-cooker-white-chicken-chili/

A slow cooker white chicken chili with tender chicken and beans simmered in a thick broth with green chilies, onions and celery. Pair it with your favorite toppings.

Slow cooker spicy shredded beef. Enjoy it as is or add in some olives and capers.

Love 'Everything Bagel'? Try the famous seasoning mix on salmon. I first came across this at a fancy restaurant and decided to recreate the recipe for the blog because it was tasty. It has some pretty aggressive flavors and textures though, so this one is only for the bold!

Get the recipe: http://www.thecookingjar.com/sesame-crusted-salmon-everyth…/
This boldly flavored sesame crusted salmon (everything bagel salmon) only needs 5 ingredients and 30 minutes to enjoy a quick and healthy weeknight dinner.

After a short hiatus, I'm kicking off the blog again with an easy vegetable pasta recipe. This one's great for the kids and those wondering if vegetables sans meat even have a place in a pasta dish. It's still very much delicious!

Get the recipe: http://www.thecookingjar.com/easy-vegetable-pasta/

Remember how you loved honey garlic shrimp? Try it with boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts! It's still only five ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make.

Breakfast! Here's another simple recipe to use as inspiration. Smoky scrambled eggs with cheese, smoked paprika, mushrooms, green peppers and hot sauce for that extra kick. I paired it with an English muffin, cream cheese, smoked salmon and dill.

This one's for meatball lovers. I've made a pasta bake that can be as simple or as homemade as you like. It can be a 5 ingredient recipe with store-bought items or you can make the Parmesan meatballs from scratch (it's pretty easy!) and take the marinara sauce up a notch.

I loved these! Loaded mashed potato balls with a crispy, crunchy exterior, but bite into it and you'll find creamy, soft and fluffy loaded mashed potatoes inside! You even have the option to sneak a cube of cheese in the middle for a goeey cheesy center.
