1010 Washington Ave is a 12-story building that required a RTU replacement. In order to reach the top of the building we required an oversized crane and the closing of a city block. Research shows that a Controls system can "cut commercial building energy consumption by approximately 29% — equivalent to 4-5 Quads, or 4-5% of energy consumed nationwide". An older project but still worthy to note is the Stony Creek Brewery. The brewery had a new modern design which displayed the duct work. Controlled Air, Inc. had to pay close attention to the details.

Controlled Air, Inc. is working on the HVAC at Constitution Surgery Center, as well as programming controls. Surgery centers require specific specifications so that rooms are safe for operating and follow all ISO requirements.
