Our anti-inflammatory cooking classes are fun and you’ll learn so much about how food and lifestyle choices impact your health and energy!  We have repeated this cooking class due to overwhelming attendance each time, and are bringing in seasonal recipes just in time for the holidays.  So if you attended one of these already, you may want to attend this one also!

Juicing is powerful for detoxifying and energizing! You may want to consider adding a vitamin/mineral cocktail to your day or week. Fresh juice provides us with minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins and much more. All of these factors are vital to maintaining good health. Although eating fruits and vegetables in their natural state does provide us with a substantial amount of vitamins and minerals, we can maximum benefits from them when they are juiced. When we juice the fruits and vegetables, their goodness is released from the fiber and we are able to drink their highly concentrated nutrients which are then able to enter our bloodstream very quickly.
