How many times are we irritated when we call a business and are sent to voice mail jail? Press 1 for a quote, 2 for personal lines service, 3 for our directory, press 4 if you want to press 4...

Interestingly, even consumers doing searches on digital devices want to connect with a human by phone. Google ads account for 40 million clicks-to-call each month and a recent Confluency analysis of local search lead generation through inbound clicks-to-call counted an average of 32 leads each month through this source.
