This week I received 4 calls from non-referral sources that came from my website and social media connections. Search Engine Marketing and Social Media works for me because people get to know me in an non-threatening environment. I am sharing, I am being myself, I am connecting and I have Confluence Digital keeping my website at the top of the page in searches and if they miss that it is on the side of the page and they can click into it. People are calling me because they already feel that they “know” me. A couple of the calls that I had this week felt like they came from a referral because they were already comfortable. They were not from a referral, they had been following me on Twitter and reading my blog. We were already “friends”. The best customer comes from a referral because they respect that if the person that the know trusts you, they can too. Social Media acts like that. They are referring themselves to me from what they read. Eric and his team make it painless and get excited with you when you have success.
