Brand new! Presenting the "Anti-Impunity Tool: Guidance for investigating and prosecuting serious violations against children in armed conflict." This Tool provides concrete guidance and tips for national judicial actors and others investigating and prosecuting serious violations against children in armed conflict, and for involving child protection actors and child victims/survivors in judicial processes. An annex features an example of a domestic legal and procedural framework, using the Democratic Republic of the Congo as a case study. Here it is in English and French: http://bit.ly/1PzM3ne

Presenting something new! The first in a series of Access Briefs arrives today: "Humanitarian Access and Technology: Opportunities and Applications." It provides humanitarian practitioners topical guidance on policy and practice to secure and sustain humanitarian access in situations of armed conflict. This Access Brief considers the opportunities and challenges of applying technologies to improve access, encouraging practitioners to apply technologies in a manner that is firmly rooted in the core humanitarian principles, committed to sound analysis, creative in generating options, and persistent in working through dilemmas.
