Team Concerto take on the Hadrian's Wall Challenge

July 2nd - 3rd 2016

In July 2016, the Concerto team of fundraisers will be taking on a coast to coast cycle to raise money for chosen charity Cancer Research.
The 100 mile Hadrian's Wall challenge will begin on the West Coast in Bowness-on-Solway, an Area of Outstanding Beauty on the Solway Firth. The route then heads through the heart of Hadrian’s Wall Country and finally reaches Tynemouth on the East Coast.

Concerto Networking Events

Concerto will be pleased to host 3 client networking events across the country in March 2016. The events, taking place in London, Manchester and Scotland, will provide clients the opportunity to to share ideas and experiences and for us to discuss latest releases and future plans. We are looking forward to welcoming all our clients to what will be an informal and productive day.

Success at London and Manchester Networking Events
The Concerto User Group Networking events took in London and Manchester last week. The response to the events was fantastic with some excellent feedback from our clients.
These events have provided users with the opportunity to discuss new projects, features and recent updates and receive a step through the latest release notes and advanced setting in the system.
In collaboration with some clients, we also presented informative case studies based on recent projects. This allowed our users to share insight into how the Concerto system in being used in other organisations.
The day was finished off with a discussion about future plans for the system with the chance for us to listen to our client's ideas and feedback. This valuable input is always considered and incorporated into the future development of the software.
We are looking forward to our final 2016 national networking event in Stirling, Scotland on Tuesday!

G Cloud reaps rewards for Concerto

Concerto has recently been accepted onto the new G Cloud 7 Framework and is now available via both the existing UK G Cloud 6 and the new G-Cloud 7 Government Digital Marketplace portal. Our comprehensive listing is categorised under the SaaS category.
With inclusion onto the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace, Concerto has been able to extend its offerings within the public sector. With all necessary information available, perspective public sector clients can purchase any or all of the comprehensive Concerto software solutions directly from the Marketplace and bypass the tender process altogether.

Concerto Scottish Networking Day

Our Scottish networking day yesterday marked the end of our User Group meetings for 2016.
Everyone enjoyed a relaxed but productive day at the Golden Lion Hotel in Stirling, spent looking at current and future developments in the Concerto solution along with sharing experiences and valuable ideas for future projects and developments.

WIRRAL COUNCIL ASSET MANAGEMENT  - Wirral schools use the Concerto Facilities Management help desk system

Wirral Council is now live with the integrated Concerto asset management software solution across its asset management division. The Concerto asset and facilities management software is managing all aspects of property and related assets owned or managed by the Council, which currently number around 2,500 property assets.

Integrated into the asset management solution is the Concerto Facilities Management Help Desk and PPM solution, which provides a comprehensive property premise support service to schools. Head Teachers and school managers have access to all their data via a simple, user-friendly web portal to keep ahead of remedial and repair works, compliance checks, survey information and other associated premise data.

‘Our aim is to develop and improve on the services we provide to schools by introducing a first class Asset Management System.
 
By enhancing our premises support service, schools will have 24/7 web-based access to all their premises information.
