This is the second year now that employees John B. and Michaela G. have attended the CVCC Job Fair. This is a great opportunity for local people to learn about Concept Frames, Inc. and what we do here and also to meet potential employees! This year was quite a success. We were looking for someone to hire for our shipping department on night shift and after meeting an eager participant and sending him to the office for an application, CFI was able to fill that spot on the same day! We look forward to going back next year as well!

We are very proud to share that the High Point Regional Hospital project has won the 2015 Pinnacle Award for "Best Building Project $5 million and Over". Concept Frames was the manufacturer of these round window frames, along with other frames for this project. Shoutout to Schiller Architectural Hardare & Door Systems for allowing us to be a part of this project and congrats to Retenbach Constructors for their great job on this as well!

Tis the season to be jolly!  Today, we would like to introduce our cheerful sales manager, Cindy Payne!  With 34 years in the hollow metal industry, dedicating the past 25 years to Concept Frames, Ms. Payne understands the importance of customer service.  Cindy is exceptionally proud of the way CFI handles customer service, as we go to extreme lengths not to disappoint our customers and remedy situations quickly and efficiently.

As the sales manager of Concept Frames, it is her primary duty to ensure the company has work by maintaining positive customer relations.  During her personal time, Cindy enjoys playing with her dog (Ohana), reading, cooking and working with stained glass.

As a note to our customers, Cindy says, "We say what we mean and we mean what we say."  Take advantage of CFI!
