bryan cohen: Went to Salem location with my wife's laptop on a Friday. Of course she had a presentation that she needed to present the next day. Dropped the laptop off before noon. Called me around two and said the screen was no longer working due to, basically old circuitry. We new the machine is old, but were trying to get to next May in hopes of buying one then. My wife needed the presentation badly. I brought down a thumb drive and they transferred the presentation to the drive. We asked them to remove the hard drive and they did. All this transpired over less than 8 hours. Having experienced service from a certain large corporation chain that, on several occasions had said they could not look at it for at least two days. Thank you to John & Molly Mills(owners) and especially to Cameron (repair specialist) for helping us feel that are urgency was as important to you as it was to us.
