A couple of weeks back, I announced we were raising our fees so that I can give our techs a raise and hire another 1-2 people. With Greeneyes June Johnson running the Clyde store, James Jamie Shaw running the Monroeville store, and myself handling all the onsite calls, sometimes there is not enough of us to handle the demand and provide the timely service that I require.

Shortly after that announcement, I had a confusing dream. They say that dreams is the mind way of resolving a conflict. This is no exception. I hate to raise our rates, but the demand for our services has gotten to the point that I have to do something.

Since having this dream, its kind of haunted me. In the dream, I had 7 techs behind me working on computers, with 2 empty work stations. I have just handed a client their computer but only charged them $2. Another tech walked in and placed an invoice and check on the counter for $10. On the counter beside me there is a stack of checks to be posted all for $2. What the heck!? How am I paying for all this with $2 checks.

A few days ago, I was going through Google Drive archiving old files we no longer used when I found the answer. Eight years ago I wrote up an proposal for a Super Contract for a group of 23 non-profit organizations in Erie County. There was the solutions to my dream: The More, The Merrier, the cheaper the service.

Take a look. Its possible! $2 Computer Repairs, $10 InHome Services, an army of techs working, Its actually possible!

Received a phone call from a couple in California stating that they had signed a service contract with us for $1,000 and additional $700 and other services and to decrypt their hard drive for another $2,000; and it was all to be paid by iTune gift cards.

Note: Computer Garage LLC is a local company only who registered to do business in the State of Ohio. We only serve five counties. We, as legitimate business, accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks in person.

We will never ask you to pay us with iTunes gift cards. Any company that does that is a scam. If you encounter such a request, you should immediately notified local law enforcement and the Cybercrimes division of the FBI. Give them every bit of information that you -- contact names, phones, etc.

Something to also note. We do not have any foreign persons working for Computer Garage LLC.
