Version 1.6.2 released on Android: keep track of your progress by displaying global statistics on the percentage of correct answers, average response time and number of questions answered for each interval, chord, etc. across any period of time.

Statistics are handled under the hood since version 1.6.1, so if you used the app these last few weeks, you will already see some data.

Hope this will be useful for some of you!

We have just published version 1.6.1 on Android! A few highlights:

- New app icon
- You can now click on the items before a drill starts to play random interval, chords, scales, etc.
- In spelling drills, the notes will now be played after a correct answer (can be disabled in the settings)
- You can now select up to 18 chords in custom drills (or 12 chords with inversions) instead of 10
- Inversions can now be enabled in "chords and degrees" custom drills
- If "automatically go to next question" is enabled, there is now a pause button in drills
- In spelling drills, the questions now have an up or down arrow to help quickly identify if it's an ascending or descending interval
- It is now possible (when the launcher allows for it) to set shortcuts for custom programs

... and more! As always, you can find the full changelog here: http://www.completeeartrainer.com/changelog/android/

After 4 months of hard work, we're proud to release a whole new feature for Complete Ear Trainer: Custom Programs.

In addition to still be able to create quick single custom drills, you can now create full custom training programs with up to 20 chapters and 20 drills per chapter.

Custom programs are really useful if you want to build a personalized training program and are offering many options: chapters/simple drill list, scoring, stars, number of required stars, etc.

But that's not all, you can invite friends or students to join your custom programs. Each custom program can have its own private leaderboards and for example if you're a teacher you can create custom programs for your students, add drills every week and see their scores on the leaderboards.

Also new in this release, it was a popular request: free progression. You can now enable free progression in the settings which allows the drills to be done in any order. We are strongly advising against using this, and in most cases it's better to keep this option disabled, but if you want to do so anyway, that's now possible.

Note: these new features are only available on Android for now (Google / Amazon), but they will come to iOS eventually.

Finally: the iOS version is here! A few things are missing and will be added in future updates (mainly arcade mode, guitar sound bank and tutorial screens), but these few things apart, the app has been ported exactly the same, and you can even sync your progression between your Android and iOS devices. Spread the word and happy ear training!
