This is the second time I order from CompSource and I could not be more satisfied. I first ordered a gaming chair for my son for Christmas...he was thrilled (It is not easy finding a gaming chair at Christmas without the prices skyrocketing...even on Amazon! But they had it and got it to me before Christmas! Great Price!). Now I have ordered a desk, which I found the exact measurements that I was looking for in a corner desk for the space I have available. The payment options are great, I got it through Affirm as to not tie up my other credit. You have a choice of 3, 6, or 12 months and if you pay it before they take off the interest. And to top it off I am getting a $25 restaurant card to thank me. Couldn't be happier. Can't wait to receive the desk and I am sure I will be shopping with them again.

2 reviews 1.0 star rating 4/29/2016 This company is horrible. I ordered something that was incorrect. I take the blame however, the item was $500 and I would like to exchange it for the correct item. What company today doesn't let you exchange items. They referred me twice to Brother (with the wrong # both times by the way) which wasted 3 weeks and now are telling me to ask for something which had I know I would have asked brother for the first time. They ARE AWFUL.... STAY AWAY

We are very up front about this, Brother does not allow returns. They prefer to deal with the customer direct. This is indicated on the detailed page as well as every step of the cart pages and emails! Unfortunately this is not CompSource policy it is Brothers.

AWFUL!!! Do not buy from them. I bought a laptop that kept crashing and was totally defective. I tried exchanging it for another one that worked within 24 hours of receiving the first one and they refused. The people on the phone were rude, and now I sent $800 on a laptop I can't use. They should not be in business. I wish I'd known how awful they are before buying.

Customer's are never stuck with defective products. With laptops, most manufacturer's need the customer to contact them first to make sure the product is defective. If the manufacturer confirms that the product is defective within 30 days, they issue an Exception number. With this Exception, it gives us the ability to allow the return as long as the customer still has the original manufacturer box and manuals, etc. In this case the manufacture policy is that the customer must deal with them directly which we had stated, you will receive great treatment and would have likely already received a new unit from them.

Easily the very worst online vendor I've *ever* dealt with, in over 20 years of online shopping. So staggeringly bad, I find it hard to believe they're still in business (though I'm sure that Minority/Women's/Small Business certification gives them and edge in markets that are compelled to buy from 'disadvantaged' vendors). Failed to confirm my order for several days, failed to ship within the time frame originally promised, failed to respond in a timely manner to my inquiries about why the product hadn't shipped. The sad tale of incompetence (and likely intentional misfeasance) was capped when I did finally contact their rep, who told me that it would be another week or so before the item would ship, agreed to cancel the order - only to go ahead and ship it anyhow - the very same day, and without notifying me! The final straw though was when they refused to pay return shipping - even though the item had been shipped through their mistake. I have all the emails as well as transcripts of my phone conversations to back my assertions up! I would avoid CompSource like the PLAGUE! Incompetent, dishonest and inconsiderate in the extreme!

Product did not arrive by original ETA and I received no notice it would be late. Company eventually responded saying product would arrive the next week. Two days after new ETA the product had not arrived. Two emails and a phone call later...nothing. Now 1 1/2 weeks late and I've no idea what happened to my product, but they sure took my money on time. Spend your money on a more reliable company, like Enron or Blockbuster.

I'm very sorry but as you are aware this is an extremely popular video card that was not even out at time of order. It was a pre-ordered product! Again I do apologize we stated everything that has been relayed to us from the manufacture. They are simply overwhelmed and can't keep up with the demand. This is a known issue and is all over the internet. I also have followed up on your statement of not getting back to you. I have 3 emails from our shipping manager to you, and your sales rep. had indicated that he has had several correspondence with you. Believe me we want nothing more than to do our job great, but when the manufacturer cannot provide product in a timely fashion we offer the option to continue to wait or receive a full refund.

Amazing! I actually choose next day air on a heavy product and someone from CompSource called me to let me know that I didn't need to pay that extra expense. He assured me that it would ship out today and I would receive it tomorrow. Which was true that saved me almost $70 I am still amazed that it happened I've never had that level of service from any other online store!

This is what I'd like to call a real company, I called a couple times to go over my item and then shipping options. I spoke to three different people and all were really nice, just made me feel comfortable about buying from them.

Well, let me start by advising you to pay close attention to online reviews, especially if you notice a pattern emerging. Take this business, for example. Do you see all the one-star reviews from so many outraged customers? They're there for a reason. Solid Customer Service means absolutely nothing to this company; they do as little as possible to help you. Plus, they have these ridiculous re-stocking and return fees (i.e. 15% to 20% of the original amount). So, they'll send you something broken or used, which is a useless item in the electronics world. Then, when you send it back, they hit you with a fee--a ridiculous fee. They ignore Paypal's customer service, and they ignore your phone calls. Everything I experienced with them led me to believe it's a place where no one cares about their job. Go elsewhere. Yes, you can find the identical item and attain it with much less trouble (and much less money). It's impossible for me to list all of the things they did wrong with my purchase.

We do have a option to use a restock fee! Nearly every consumer electronic company I have every come across has one, even Best Buy! Ours is much less stringent than any I have ever seen, if you order something else with us we waive the fee. Some customers will order, for example, a camera for a trip, use it for 30 days and return it. CompSource understands if you simply don't like it and want to try something else then we don't believe you should have to pay a restock fee. If your item was broken it would be replaced w/o a restock fee.
