If you are a physician, NP, PA, nurse, technologist, or medical and nursing student, you can join as well as an educator! This is a unique opportunity to teach kids in 15 Capital Region high schools about vascular disease, its risk factors, and how it may affect them or their family members.

This week we salute all of our nurse practitioners here at Community Care Physicians for National Nurse Practitioner Week. Nurse practitioners are registered nurses with advanced training and education in health care services. They can evaluate patients, make diagnoses, prescribe medications and initiate and manage patient treatment. You can even designate a nurse practitioner to be your primary care practitioner. Here at Community Care Physicians, we are grateful for the exceptional care our nurse practitioners provide in both primary and specialty care.
