Help us celebrate 5 years!

When we opened ToCA we heard many times that half of all small businesses close in the first 5 years. Well, we've made it to that milestone!

Please join us on Saturday November 12 from 3-6pm.

There will be food, prizes, music, games for the kids and of course a napping corner. We will also be handing out a limited number of "lucky you" free treatment cards that can be given to anyone who is new to ToCA. We will also be drawing the winning names from our birthday raffle and awarding other prizes too.

What's happening in October?

From 11-21 October POCA members can come in for $10 visits! POCA is a co-op of patients, students, acupuncturists and clinics that seek to increase access to affordable acupuncture. ToCA staff and many patients are POCA members. Memberships start at $25 and come with many benefits at ToCA and other clinics: free treatment on your birthday;3 free treatment passes for friends or family to enjoy a first visit to a POCA clinic anywhere; free ToCA visit on May 1st. Get the picture? Our front desk staff can sign you up or you can register online at www.pocacoop.com to support affordable acupuncture everywhere!

We're excited to announce a new monthly Friday evening series starting 21 October. We are fortunate that sound healer Barb McIntosh of Contemplative Care has designed a series of sessions for ToCA, focusing on various themes like promoting healthy sleep; managing pain; easing anxiety; the demands of being a caregiver or being a first responder, and so on. Regardless of the focus, you can set an intention for your own healing needs. All will benefit and are welcome to attend each one. Sign up online to guarantee a spot. Last time Barb brought her bowls to ToCA there was a long waitlist so act fast! The cost is $20, and 50% of that goes to directly to children's hospice Emily's House at Gerrard/Broadview.
