With the weather improving & flowers starting to blossom, lots of us will be out gardening.

But when you're no longer fit or well enough to tend your garden by yourself, it can mean the end of a beloved hobby.

Could you volunteer for as little as an hour a week to help a lonely older person do what they love?

Please share and help us to help more older people get out there this Spring.
