If you just started your health/fitness journey or your in the middle of it.... CONGRATS! You have decided to give yourself the best gift for you and those you love. One big tip I can give you is to be patient. I know when I first started I got very discouraged that I wasn't seeing big results and then I would stop and start and go back and forth. Once I stopped being impatient, I let the work I did do it's work. I waited, I concentrated on small victories. I realized this isn't about what I get in 3 weeks and then it's over. I made it a lifestyle and just told myself, this is my life now, working out is my thing, eating better is just how I eat. RESULTS came, don't worry, they will come.

Coffee shops may have pumpkin spice lattes and other sugary concoctions, but we have something with the delicious seasonal taste AND nutritional value.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
• 1 Tbsp. pure pumpkin puree
• 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1⁄2 tsp. ground pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Place almond milk, Shakeology, pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Nutritional Info:
Calories: 181 Total Fat: 5 g Fiber: 5 g Sugars: 8 g Protein: 17 g
1 shake = 1 red & 1⁄2 yellow

Listening to Autumn during my workout and I just had to make this quote. It is HARD to workout and eat right but it is also HARD to be unhappy with yourself. Again, it is a choice.....CHOOSE YOUR HARD!!

There is so much you can do....you just need to try! If you believe you can't then you won't but if you believe you can then you will. Get it in your head that you're going to do it. If you can't do 10 push ups, do just 1 on your knees until you can do 2 on your knees. You can do it, you just need to look at "how" your going to get there a little differently.

Day 7 - I made it one week! I've only lost 2.4 lbs but I'm not focusing so much on the scale right now. It's all about the NON-SCALE VICTORIES right now and I feel stronger, I have more energy and I can do more in the workouts than I could on day 1.

FINALLY (3 days lol ) REST DAY! My body needs it but sometimes I can't help myself either....yeah yeah, I know, my body needs the rest. Don't worry, I'm thinking I'll take the rest days in this program.
