Could Central Ohio become the medical marijuana capital of Ohio?
Johnstown has passed a resolution that says it won’t get in the way of legal marijuana businesses licensed by the state. That’s a big deal because the new medical marijuana law allows cities to limit the number of businesses that are doing things related to the industry, or even flat out prohibit them.
