We tried to get our Maytag refrigerator fixed: it was leaking water. Columbine Appliance never did this after coming out three times. They tried to order a drip tray for the refrigerator two times and it was the wrong part both times! The service man was nice, but we will never go back because they did not know what they were doing. He tried to tell us it was too old: it is only five years old! The refrigerator still leaks and we have been trying to get it fixed since January. They weren't willing to charge less for labor or parts when the final replacement tray was installed. $116 later, it still leaking and we will call Maytag directly.

Jeff was at our home at the beginning of the window of time offered to us. He very promptly found the problem; he looked at another frig to determine if we could use a part from it. He could not, so he had the part on the truck and very promptly replaced the icemaker without an extra trip. Jeff is very neat and friendly.

I've been using Columbine Appliance for repairs since moving into my home in 2012. They've always been great. On this repair to my Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, I had the unusual experience of a big refund on the job! The first tech thought a $1500 repair would be needed and took an $800 deposit before ordering the new compressor. They sent a specialist for the final appointment and he concluded that the compressor wasn't needed. He fixed the freezer for only $374 and they refunded the rest of my deposit! Makes me really trust the company.

Excellent gas fire service. Had to wait a few weeks for the appointment, but it was in the run up to Christmas so I expected that. I was called with an earlier appointment as someone had cancelled unfortunately I couldn't make the day, but I appreciated Columbine trying to fit us in. Columbine was recommended by many friends in the Niwot area and Columbine didn't disappoint. They even had records of other appliances they had serviced before we owned the house which is good to know if anything goes wrong. We'll use Columbine again!

Diligent, honest and gets the job done at the quoted price! What else do you need? After the first AND SECOND efforts to diagnose the problem with our Viking fridge, Pete identified the issue and made it extra charge. I cannot recommend Pete at Columbine more highly. Honestly I have not experienced their other techs, so I have no opinion on them. But if they are similar, then you have to call them!

Amazing experience - from the moment I called until the completion of the work I felt like they really cared. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or talked down to. It's nice as a woman to have a go-to company for all my appliances that I can trust and not have to worry that they are trying to pull a fast one. Thanks so much!!!
