I believe that most people miss the fact that Google's most incredible asset is the machine learning capability they have developed.

I find it funny that reporters have been talking about the original Pixel's poor battery life, as if it was not par or even great, compared to other laptops at its launch.

We have been spoiled over the past several years and have forgotten that beginning with the Haswell line, Intel essentially doubled battery life for most laptops. Since the original Pixel was launched in February 2013 and the Haswell was announced in June 2013, it seems an unfair standard to hold it to.

Sorry to see Gigom go! It has been one of my favorite tech sites.
Om Malik's creation runs out of money; Gigaom's policy reporting will be missed.

HBO, I like ya, but not enough to buy an Apple TV. Now an app with Chromecast support would be a hell-of-a-thing!

This place has great sweet and sour chicken. I have been going here for over eight years and the food and service has always been consistently wonderful!

The food and the service were horrible. Additionally the owner and the landlord appear to be running a predatory parking scam out of the restaurant which results in a sleazy thuggish vibe. I will not be going back!
