Introduction
I'm a sports science guy working as a web developer.  I'm really interested in the concept of peak performance. How humans achieve their potential.  I'm now looking at turning what I know into something that can help myself and others in a more organised way.

I'm trained in pe, biology, psychology, sociology, management, sports science. Basically learning, the mind and body and some business and then putting it all together to achieve somerthing (sports science)

I'm a doer that documents what I've done. That's kind of how I progress things. So I like to deliver constantly
