Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall, West Iceland
When it comes to landscape photography, I am always looking for interesting compositions. This can involve leading lines, foreground elements, symmetry (or the lack there of) and so much more. With this image of the Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall in West Iceland, I decided to take a different approach that the standard shot, which is from a much low angle about 100 ft to the right of where I was standing. By getting on top of the waterfall and shooting slightly downward, I was able to include a variety of compositional techniques into a single image. See if you can point them out.
This image was taken with a +Sony
a6000 mirrorless camera, which I reviewed last week. This powerful, portable and affordable ($600) camera is pretty impressive and offers a great experience for those new to the mirrorless camera world. Check out the full review below...http://bit.ly/SonyA6000Review #SonyAlpha
