Schar products have found their way into Home Bargains, this includes their Pan Rustico bread which hasn't ever been available in the UK before (except maybe independent health shops). It's not known whether the additions will be made permanent but we can hope!

A few years ago I had never heard of Brummie Bacon Cakes but now love making them. This recipe was first seen in our 2017 recipe calendar. They are basically a breakfast scone with bacon and cheese in, so moreish and tasty!

Taster events are happening at Marks and Spencer again for Coeliac Awareness Week. There are a few more Scottish dates this time, not just Edinburgh and Glasgow like last year, as for Welsh dates though, only two and they are both around Cardiff area. https://www.coeliacsanctuary.co.uk/blog/gluten-free-taster-event-at-76-marks-and-spencer-events

I'm in love with these little cheesecakes at the moment, just 4 ingredients, low fat and gluten free. I used Morrisons free from custard creams for the base because frankly they are my favourite custard creams, super easy to make! https://www.coeliacsanctuary.co.uk/recipe/quick-cheats-mini-cheesecakes

A burger in a bowl is one of my favourites in summer, its light, quick and easy and I find it much nicer than a regular burger in a bun. https://www.coeliacsanctuary.co.uk/recipe/burger-in-a-bowl

I get a lot of visitors on my website from people looking for places to eat on the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales. Being a frequent visitor over there I know a fair few places on there that do gluten free and are wonderful, so I decided to do a blog of seven of my favourite places to eat on Anglesey.

I'm doing #Dechox for British Heart Foundation so not eating these myself today, it's actually an old recipe of mine and just not put online. Soft gluten and dairy chocolate cookies coated in icing sugar given them a cracked appearance. #coeliac https://www.coeliacsanctuary.co.uk/recipe/cracked-chocolate-cookies

New recipe. Vegetarian Quinoa and Kale burgers, lightly spiced and naturally #glutenfree, plus to be extra healthy we've put it in a portobello mushroom bun. Can be #dairyfree if you skip the cheese or use dairy free cheese.
