Singapore’s Feb inflation dropped by 0.8% YoY, the 16th consecutive negative month since Nov 14 while core inflation rose by 0.5% YoY. US equities may face selling pressure in the days ahead as indices retreat.

The shocking Brussels attacks caused European markets to open lower, same story over in the Asian markets too except for Nikkei, which rose 1.94% on the back of a weaker Yen.

Yen strengthened to as high as 110.6 per dollar this morning and the Nikkei dropped 1.6% to 16,640, causing some degree of expectation that BOJ may re-consider its monetary policy stance.
