I read this article to my wife this morning and we laughed at how closely you described my own experience and frustrations.
I read up on FODMAPs early in my gluten diagnosis, but shuddered when I read the list of foods. I was already making a forced diet change, so further eliminating some of my favorite new dietary staples was discouraging to say the least.
Ignorance is bliss... for now. It would be nice to know what my specific triggers are.
