Using Global Pharmacy Data to Accelerate Enrollment: Informed Site Selection and Effective Patient Outreach

September 18 at 1pm EDT | Register Today to Reserve Your Space! http://bit.ly/1tAR6Xk

Global pharmacy data is a viable and successful option to accelerate clinical trial enrollment by informing feasibility and serving as an outreach channel to support patient recruitment.  Available databases exist that are comprised of real-time prescription activity for millions of patients worldwide.  This rich data is used to identify highest geographic concentration of patients to inform site selection, assess the impact that certain study inclusion and exclusion criteria can have on the eligible patient population for the study and provide a compliant channel through which to communicate with patients.

Learning Objectives:

• Receive an overview of available pharmacy data sources, and what types of data are included
• Understand how global pharmacy data can be leveraged to accelerate clinical trial enrollment
• Gain best practices associated with the use of global pharmacy data to maximize results

Free Webinar: Using Behavioral Science to Engage Clinical Trial Participants

May 22 at 1:30pm EST | This session explores how a science-based framework for communications planning can bring patients into trials more effectively, and create lasting relationships throughout the trial’s duration. This approach puts trials into the perspective of the patient—by gathering patient insights in to inform the messaging platform and creative strategy behind the strategic recruitment plan.  The result is a deep understanding of your patients and a path to create lasting engagement with them.

Learning Objectives:

- How to leverage the science of why people do what they do
- An understanding of the patient journey and where behavioral science applies as it relates to
clinical trial recruitment, retention and engagement
- The application of patient insights gathered towards message development

Meeting the Clinical Utility Needs of Payers and Regulators for Molecular Diagnostics

Join us for a free webinar May 13 at 1pm EST | Increasingly the FDA and payers are requesting clinical utility evidence as part of their approval and coverage processes for both CDx and IVDs. Precision will explore the implications of factors for clinical utility evidence development including the type of diagnostic test, regulatory status of the test, inclusion into the associated therapy’s label, and how it will be used to guide decision making. We will take a deeper dive into design features to be considered as you plan your study, to enable integration of regulatory and payer needs. We will explore examples of designs to address both needs and how they can affect the ROI on evidence development.

Cost: No cost!

Free Webinar: Next Generation Feasibility Analysis

Join us Tuesday, April 8th at 1pm EST - Traditional approaches to feasibility analyses are often based on intuition, prior experience and paper. These approaches sometimes yield good results, but are not sustainable, are inconsistent, and can lead to poor predictability and long cycle times. Effective feasibility analyses demand more sophisticated approaches that can incorporate the many factors that contribute to a successful study.  This session will discuss approaches to leveraging data, analytics, internal and external expertise to gather protocol and investigator intelligence prior to engaging sites with a feasibility questionnaire. This innovative approach utilizes technology to not only streamline site selection but also reduce timelines associated with site feasibility, ultimately initiating study startup more quickly and effectively than ever before.

Learning Objectives:

    • Discover an innovative approach to feasibility analysis
    • Learn how to integrate various data sources for intelligent decision making
    • Achieve predictable study enrollment timelines through efficient site selection
