Very clean and swanky hotel. When they say amenities includes parking, however, they mean valet parking which is $52, so you're better off using one of the $10-15 parking (per 24 hours) parking garages nearby. Visited Feb 2014 when I had friends visiting from San Diego. The place is usually relatively expensive, but we got a great "winter special" deal for two double beds and free upgrade to a really huge room with a view. One big complaint I do have, however, is that in the club downstairs I ordered drinks for friends plus a glass of water for myself. I was expecting drinks to be expensive, but it's illegal not to serve free water at a bar yet they insisted I had to buy a $7 bottle of water.

It's a nice place but when I pay 200+USD per night to stay and then get promoted for an extra 15$/day to be able to use the WiFi I just get a little annoyed.

Always clean and comfortable with a very central location. WiFi is a bit flakey but that's the only complaint

The upgraded room I got was clean and modern but a bit small for SF. The walls seem paper thin, which is unfortunate in a city full of people who want to talk really loudly at 3AM. Not sure if I'll stay here on business again but would consider it otherwise.

Super chic, hip hotel. Service is not world class, but the ambiance is. I am troubled by the fact that I complimented them on the excellent service I received from a front desk employee and learned she was fired the very next day. I have stayed there before, but I think next time I visit SF, I am going to try something different. Go if you require style over substance.
