Check out Westminster College's new Center for Innovative Cultures. Our next Tools and Practices Workshop will be held on  April 10th. I'll be presenting two workshops that day; one on the Business Model Canvas, the other on building organizational culture through self-knowledge. We will introduce workshop participants to the powerful insights to be gained from use of hte Hartman Value Profile in organizational setting.

You are invited to participate in research project about measuring entrepreneurial judgment.

Your judgment is perhaps the most important asset that your startup has. But, it is a difficult characteristic for others to discern and to measure.

If you are a company founder, co-founder, or founding team member of an early-stage startup, and you would like to consider participating in this research, click the link below to learn more.
We help start-up businesses to grow the value of their most important asset--the judgment of the founder and founding team.

Introduction
I study entrepreneurs in their native habitat.

What makes entrepreneurs "tick?" In what ways do they think differently than do non-entrepreneurs? What characteristics of judgment and decision-making make for entrepreneurial success or failure?

These are the things that I mentally chew on all the time. They form the heart of my research agenda. My newest research project is described here. http://cliffordhurst.com/research.html
