Wrapping up 2013 - behind the scenes at Clever Mutt!
2013 has been an amazing year for Clever Mutt. We've launched a bunch of great websites, launched several custom web software platforms / apps and continued to invest heavily in our team and resources.
We've also made some great new friends and signed some important partnerships too. Because we're always looking ahead, we're already hard at work on some things for 2014 that we are very excited about, and we hope you will be too - but I'll get to those in a moment!
To top it off, here's our quarterly roundup from behind the scenes at Clever Mutt with some hints of things to come.
During October, November and December we hit these milestones:
1. Customers have the option to rate the work our team does, and we maintained our 100% customer satisfaction rating compared with an 85% industry average, another great achievement by our team.
2. Excellent news, 83% of support & work requests were responded to within an hour (an increase of 13% on last quarter), and just short of 100% responded to same day!
3. On the topic of customer service our average response time to help, support and work requests was down to 3.5 hours, compared to an industry average of 20 hours, that's a huge achievement given Thanksgiving through Christmas our workload typically doubles, and is better than our previous record
4. We had some amazing feedback from our customers, take a look at just two bits of feedback, below:

6. We're hard at work on some major new Clever Mutt web software products for 2014/2015 (but we can't tell you anything more yet!)
7. We're putting the finishing touches to new web site design packages to complement the options we already have available. More info to come in early 2014!
8. And finally, we continued to add new articles to the Clever Mutt Help Desk website for all our customers to use, adding to the hundreds of articles already available
Its been a busy 3 months since our last update, and a great year!
