We drove all the way from Colorado to buy our car and I am so happy that we made the trip. Zaman was incredible and our kids loved him too! Our six year old even commented that he had a lot of fun! I'm not sure if I have ever said that about a car dealership, but I would have to agree with him here. The car is beautiful and you can tell that they really care about their customers. They went the extra mile cleaning the car and getting it touched up to get ready for our last minute arrival. Since we were visiting from out of town, they even gave us recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. We would definitely buy another car from them in the future. Thank you for everything!

Look no further if you are shopping for an Infiniti. We drove from Sugar Land to this dealership to buy our brand new QX60. I am glad we took the effort as the whole buying process was a breeze. We were helped by Lee Van Damm who paid a lot of attention to our likes and needs and let us test drive the car more thoroughly than we wanted to. Alas, the trick worked and we ended up buying the same car :-). After we purchased the car, it was quite after their closing time (around 9.30 pm) but he stayed behind to explain all the features in detail and followed up even the next day. Everyone at the dealership was really courteous. The new car sales director was in constant touch with us throughout the process. Even the negotiation was quite smooth, no haggling which we really appreciated. On the whole, it was totally a pleasant experience for us! Thanks to the entire team for a great service and for coordinating so well. We will gladly recommend them without a doubt.

After my divorce, I went to a few dealerships around town hoping to leave with something dependable to drive. That didn't happen. In fact, I usually left disappointed/embarrassed and gave up looking for anything else. Two years later, I got the nerve to try again. First place I went to was Clear Lake Infiniti. There I met Rob Halik. This man treated me with respect, never pressured me and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I found the vehicle I wanted and Rob did everything to make sure I got it. I did! Not only did I leave that day with a beautiful new ride, I left with my dignity restored. Thank you Rob Halik for your patience and kindness. Thank you Jeff and everyone there at Clear Lake Infiniti, you have a customer for life, me. Rob Halik was wonderful from beginning to the end. When he called me about my inquiry online I knew he was going to be helpful. He took his time and helped us pick the right car. He was honest. He even helped set up the settings in the car after the deal was done. He was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. would definitely buy another car from him. The financing people were great also. Justin was not to pushy but very helpful. Explained everything in detail. Overall my experience was good and I am satisfied with everything.

I usually win the task of taking my husband's car in for service. To date, it has been a most pleasurable experience. First there's always the likelihood I'll receive a loaner car because they anticipate their required service time will be a much longer wait for me. Of course, I'll be driving another model of Infinty. Second, there is the customer waiting lounge equipped with comfortable plush leather chairs, free wifi, phones (if you're missing your mobile device), desk/table top space if you want to whip out your laptop and a single cup coffee maker for a fresh cup of coffee to go with the fresh cookies. Televisions and magazines too! Well done Infinty!

This negative review is for the dishonest Service Department. We dropped off an Infiniti M45 because the radio was not working and we wanted to get it reprogrammed. Service Advisor, Robert, called me and told me that in their attempt to reprogram, they realized the radio controls were no good. I went and purchased new radio controls (with the part number he gave me) and took it to him. When I took it to him the technician came out and looked at it, to verify I had gotten the correct part number. When he came out he said that he had told Robert it needed the actual radio control unit (it’s the control unit behind the navigation screen). Robert then looked confused. The technician then said that he would swap that out because he did think it could also make it work since it contained a different module that he had to also program in order for the radio to work. So we brought him a used radio control unit and after they programmed it, he said the radio control unit was no good. We thought that was kind of odd since the radio was working before we took out the other vehicle but figured maybe it got damaged so we went and purchased another used radio control unit. Robert said the same thing with the second radio control unit that it was no good. So we returned that radio control unit and swapped it with another and took it back to him and he said the third radio control unit was no good! So we went and got a fourth radio control unit from a different place and took it back to Robert for him to tell us again the radio control unit was no good! After the fourth time, we realized two things (A) They are trying to force us to purchase a new radio from them or (B) they improperly diagnosed the vehicle and there has to be another problem other than the radio control unit. We expressed to Robert and the manager how frustrated we were because there was no way that all 4 radio control units did not work especially when we witnessed two of them working prior to taking them up there. Robert and the manager did not care and won’t release our vehicle until we pay them $1000 for the reprogramming! They told us we are just complaining to try to get a discount! Who says that to a customer? Nobody in their right mind would want to pay $1000 for a repair that did not get completed. Currently the vehicle is still in their possession and my lawyer is in the process of filing a formal complaint with numerous consumer organizations which will follow with full legal action.

SERVICE has always been top notch. We now take our other cars (Mercedez, Lexus, Toyoto) to Sam Alhalaby & his team because the service center is the best around. They treat their customers as if they are all the only customer they have at that moment. I live across town and still send my vehicles to CLI. I have been a customer for over 11 years. No other service center goes above and beyond like Clear Lake Infiniti does! They are not pushy and do not ask me to do things to our vehicles that are not needed like the Mercedez, Lexus, and BMW dealerships did to us.
