The automatic car wash is horrible, car came out completely wet (Even though i bought the blow dryer option) and hardly cleaner than before. Driving through sprinklers would be better.

Great company ran by great guys. We've used them multiple times across different businesses and they've always delivered. I wear an "Elevate" hat I scored from them a while back, what can I say it's my favorite hat and I wear it every day.

We we're seated right away and then left to sit for another 20 minutes! There was only one other couple in the whole place! All of the waitresses were huddled around the bar chatting. We had to ask someone from the kitchen to help us...5 minutes later and still no one. I finally got up and I had to ask to get some service! It was ridiculous. Good food or not, completely unprofessional.

We went last night with another couple. The actual place is pretty cool - nice and cozy with a lady singing and strumming the guitar. We stood around for a while until someone seated us, no bid deal. Then we sat for about 20 minutes before we went up and told someone that we aren't being waited on. The girl we talked to was nice, and surprised that we haven't been waited on yet (Derek was supposed to serve us). She apologized and said she would take over so she took our order. The first thing that came out was the garlic bread we ordered as an appetizer. The bread was great, but didn't come with any marinara or dipping sauce. So we walked up to the front and asked Derek for if he could bring some. He said he would, and never did. About 40 minutes later our waitress came up and told us that she just dropped our order. Weird because we didn't hear anything. But she was nice and apologetic so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Another 15 minutes went by and our food finally shows up. The pizza was really good but by this point we were so hungry and frustrated by the service that it spoiled the whole experience. And this was on a Thursday night so it's not like it was busy, maybe a few other tables with customers, that's it. To sum it up: Good: - Food - Atmosphere BAD: -Derek -Looooooong wait times
