No. People like to think their pets are harmless little ones, but they can do a whole lot of damage.  Don't do it!

I hope you can join us today at NOON Eastern for an awesome hangout.

My friends and family always ask "Why real estate?"

There are a million good answers to that question, here's what I say...

"Show me another business that can create passive cash flow,  long-term wealth, allow you to own performing assets if you choose, and has relatively low barriers of entry."

Real estate is a great place to do all of the above.

So, what's the catch?

You can get really hurt if you follow the wrong path.  Pure and simple.

I'm going to introduce you to a MASTER today who is going to show you the RIGHT PATH to a very profitable niche'.

Literally, this guy has MASTERED how to make money like very few have. Using his exact blueprint I netted over 200K in my first 12 months. He's totally dedicated to his clients success. This guy is a game changer and I can't wait to introduce you to Tom. Join us today at Noon for an amazing opportunity to pick Tom's brain live right here. Register now.
This Hangout On Air is hosted by Clayton Morris. The live video broadcast will begin soon.

This place put me off. Sure they had tons of animals but I just felt bad for them. Many of the animals are shoved in confined cages with rotting wood and foggy scratched glass. My kids really enjoyed seeing the lions and giraffe but I didn't like seeing this giraffe standing in such a small area by himself. The pathways also need paving because it was really difficult to navigate with a stroller.

My favorite local coffee shop. They do your basic espresso drinks without all the crappy caramel flavorings. If you want that then go to Starbucks. I love their lattes with whole milk. They've got a great assortment of fresh baked pastries. I've had their cupcakes and they are heavenly. They use Square for payment. Their staff is always nice. No bathroom though!

Big theater in downtown Seattle with exceptional sound quality. The seating needs to be updated because my legs started to fall asleep after 45 minutes. We were visiting Seattle for the first time on 'Man of Steel' opening weekend so this theater proved perfect because it was close to the hotels and shopping district. My only big complaint is that the bathrooms are located one floor above the main theater floor. So that means losing precious movie time while having to run up and down floors to use the bathroom.
