Going, er, No. 2 might be a rather uncomfortable topic for most of us but its so important that we are regular smile emoticon

Let's have some straight talk about 'poopin'

How often should I go?
Everybody is different, and there is no set “normal” when it comes to passing stools. That said, the normal range spans three times a day to once every three days, meaning the average person poops approximately once a day—about 1 ounce of stool for each 12 pounds of her or his body weight. That means a person weighing 160 pounds produces an average of just under a pound of poop each day.

So imagine if you were holding on to that a whole week or more.

You'd be surprised how many people fall into this boat.. that's 7+lb you might be carrying around in toxic waste!

Suppressing the need to go can create bowel issues, particularly in women .Yet some of us would still rather hold it in than talk about it.

Aside from the emotional stress over the situation, avoiding going number two (that is, having a bowel movement) can lead to constipation. As food moves through the colon, the colon absorbs water from the food while it forms waste products, or stool. If stool sits in the rectum longer than it should, water will continue to be absorbed from the stool. This will cause constipation where stools are usually hard, dry, small in size, and difficult to eliminate. Some people who are constipated find it painful to have a bowel movement and often experience straining, bloating, and the sensation of a full bowel.

Holding it in could also lead to painful side effects, including hemorrhoids and/or anal fissures .These may occur when a person strains to have a bowel movement. Holding it in can also lead to serious damage to your internal sphincter: the muscle in your rectum that relaxes to allow for quick and easy bowel movements. Ignoring the need to go causes the internal sphincter to stop relaxing entirely - eventually you'll need medical intervention to help your sphincter out!

Guess what .. if you're the other way and pooping too much.. we may help too!!! constant diarrhea is equally bad for you - you can get very dehydrated.

Let's talk because we have 2 simple products that may keep you oxygenated and have you going more regularly. Just personally I've had two customers who were weekly 'poopers' that now go daily... nothing harsh, no need to plant yourself next to a bathroom.. just normal... and totally natural and plant based too... message me today... and stop holding on to that extra waste.
