You may have noticed that the LED sign on Market Street has been black for several days. We are experiencing difficulty communicating with the sign and are working on repairing it. Should we have snow tomorrow it may delay the repair even further. Please be patient. If you have group information that is appropriate for inclusion on the sign(s), please do not hesitate to contact City Hall at 812-256-3422, 313.

The Pleasant Ridge Elementary Cheerleaders were recognized at the Charlestown City Council meeting Monday, 4/18 by being asked to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. This group of energetic young ladies recently competed in a major cheerleading competition as defending champions. They have won everything they can up to this point and will find out in May if they retain their title as overall champs! Congratulations and good luck in the weeks ahead.
