The provisional results of the July-August Special Election are now available at http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:ElectionJuly-August2013#Results and will apply once ratified by the Managing Editor.
Referenda. The election included voting on the following referenda. Citizens could support or oppose the question by indicating 'Yes' or 'No'. For referenda that propose to modify the Citizendium Charter, a two-thirds majority of valid votes is required under Article 37.

No, not us, but the Stanford Encyclopedia of #Philosophy . The articles compares it with #Wikipedia and #Quora , amongst others, and argues that only the SEP has achieved the "impossible trinity" of providing authoritative, comprehensive and up-to-date information.
With the right people and a little effort, we could have the internet we always wanted.

Milton Beychok. Citizendium general project announcement list lists.purdue.edu> 2015-02-28 12:58:19 GMT. Milton Beychok, one of our longest-serving contributors, passed away recently. As well as being an Editor, he previously served as project Treasurer and on the Councils.
