I'm looking for a system to encourage customers to leave reviews.
Step One would be to gauge sentiment. For anything less than enthusiastic, customers would be directed to a private page to voice their views. Highly positive sentiment would be encouraged to leave a review at Google or Yelp or perhaps a niche site for professionals. Directions for leaving a review would have to be simple & idiot proof. I'm pretty sure this has been developed - can someone point me in the right direction?
