A delicious recipe of mine is featured on One Green Planet today! Give it a try!
In this recipe, ruby-red rice is transformed into a Moroccan-inspired paella. Saffron, smoked paprika, and cinnamon combined with fire-roasted tomatoes and roasted red peppers add the perfect touches to this savory dish. With the added artichoke hearts providing both bulk and a meaty texture, this would be the perfect meal to bring along to a pot-luck!

Finally updated my blog and shared how the retreat in Bali went and how much I love Sydney!
It's hard to explain what I experienced in Bali. I think most people feel this way when they travel to a place that is unlike anything they've ever experienced.

Everything I've tried there is delicious. And you can't even tell it's gluten-free.

I only went in for a leg wax not hair but that side was decent and the students were professional and did a great job. I'm so happy to find a cheap place to do my waxing now!

Definitely the slowest service I've ever seen in a Starbucks. The women in front of me walked out after the cashier didn't acknowledge her and was having a conversation with 3 other employees. It doesn't take 3 people to figure out one drink. I saw them use two cups AND a sleeve for one drink. Talk about wasteful! I brought in my own cup but the cashier used a sleeve to write my order on. The whole point in bringing my own cup is so you don't waste things. People just don't get it.

Had a Groupon to try Ultra and was very pleased. It's very clean, plenty of beds, walked in at 3pm and it was practically empty. The gal at the desk, Dakota, was very nice and helpful explaining the different beds.

The woman working wasn't "a barista" and made the most horrible latte I've ever tasted. If you are a coffee shop you need to have people working that know how to make a proper drink.
