Full disclosure, I work for Cooking Planit as a chef and blogger liaison but it is a really useful app for novice on up to "pro" chefs. Here is my blog about how it helped me on Thanksgiving.

Austin's favorite least douchey Food Porn Star is coming to Google+.  The thing I love about Tony is no matter how much they dress him up, he's the guy you want to hang out with by the dumpster behind the fancy restaurant passing a pint and comparing tattoos and battle scars.  Back of the HOUSE!

Join us with +Anthony Bourdain on Wednesday, August 15th at 12pm EST for a Google+ Hangout and talk to the man himself!

Have a question for Tony? Ask here! Want an invite to the Hangout? RSVP and make sure you've added +ZAGAT to your circles.

In the meantime, check out what Tony's been up to and what's coming up with his new tour at http://AnthonyBourdainOnTour.com

Great store with a gas station with a large number of pumps. Still gets a little crowded sometimes but that is because the prices are so low.

I have loved coming here for a cold, frosty root beer since the 70's. Good, classic burgers and more.

Good old Texas Stop Sign. Burgers are decent but love the Midnight Truffle Blizzard.

One of the larger HEB's in the college area. Great beer and wine section. Heb in general has the lowest prices and best produce in town.

Adequate burgers customized in a dozen different ways. Partial to the fresh fried pies, especially lemon.

Proving that even bad food can be good when associated with a childhood memory, my Dad used to take me to this exact location in the 70's on very special occasions. I don't think they have remodeled it since then, just built all around it. Of course Arby's tastes nothing like a roast beef sandwich should but the right combo of liquid cheese, thin sliced meat and Horsey sauce sends me right back to the time when my Dad was Superman.
