It's all in your attitude, what you say Out Loud about yourself, and even what you THINK SILENTLY about yourself…

Just Be Mindful of it:
Don't tell your mind to stop the negative thoughts or get frustrated with yourself when they pop up—just acknowledge the negative thoughts, and then follow them up with some positive, loving thoughts, like those that your best friend would come to your defense with.
