Here’s a brief history of who I am and how I became a Kelowna web designer.
I grew up in the town of Vernon BC. If I wasn’t outside enjoying nature, you’d probably find me with a pencil in hand drawing in my notebook. I’ve always had a love of Comic books, cartoons, movies, music, and they have always been a major source of inspiration for my work.
After graduating high school I applied and was accepted to the the Vancouver Film School where I studied 2D and 3D animation. I ended up focusing on character design and 3D modeling.
After graduating Vancouver Film School, I ended up taking a few freelance jobs working on games.
On a lot of the game projects I ended up haveong to build and mange the web site. I found that I enjoyed doing web design and ended up working as a web designer in Kelowna.
As of now I have 12+ years full-time as Senior designer/ Project manger for Navigator Multimedia Inc., where I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, some of them include; Kootenay Rockies Tourism, Revelstoke Tourism, Campion Boats, and Radium Hot Spring.
As well as designing I have had 3+ years of teaching experience at The Center of Arts and Technology, where I taught Game Design, Web design, and wrote some of the courses.
Outside of work, I enjoy being out in nature, drawing, photography, reading graphic novels, collecting figures, and of course being and avid gaming.
